SXS SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 Ga. S# 312361 (Mfg. 1907). Chain Damascus 30" bbls. w/ brass bead; chokes appear to measure Full. Case hardened sidelock action w/ sprays of scroll engraving along with vignettes of quail on left lock & ducks on right lock. Action has dbl. triggers & extractors. Walnut stock set. Splinter forearm with ebony tip & filler in medallion inlay. Pistol grip buttstock w/ hard rubber grip cap. Stock cut to LOP: 12.75" over crushed red pad. CONDITION: barrels have brown/gray patina appearance with scattered marks & sm. dents. Action has faint case colors & blue in protected areas showing gray patina. Wood has worn finish with dings, sm. chips & scratches. Top tang has repaired hairline crack. Bores show fouling & pitting.
